Client A County government for a densely populated large metro environment – Numerous Engineering and Project Management initiatives. Provided Client with project feasibility analysis, scope of work and budgetary requirement development and oversight of large, heavy urban fiber build.
Client B Large metropolitan City had an opportunity to install a fiber optic backbone cable with multiple laterals to numerous City facilities. The City requested MinnTex Technologies, LLC to provide assistance in the development of a Scope of Work and budgetary estimate for the design and construction. Once approved, MinnTex completed all phases of the build from engineering design, project management, construction though to test and turn-up.
Client C Large international telecommunications manufacturing firm - Strategy development involving the tracking of network element key customer penetration to provide insight into the rate of network topology evolution. This project includes circuit to packet, electrical to optical, CO to edge automation of the frame migrations. Feature by feature comparison of Client’s Soneplex and Wideband products with competitors’ offerings.
Client D Medium sized telecommunications firm – Conducted assessment of Client’s current telephony operations including systems, processes, and personnel. Assessment of telephony billing operations along with corrective action initiatives developed resulted in recovery of approximately $135k in ongoing monthly revenue. Also completed the development of Information Technologies and Billing Operations strategies.
Client E Minneapolis sector of one of the world’s largest construction companies based out of France. Conducted assessment of Client’s private telecommunications network configuration, equipment and equipment performance, local and long-distance services and providers in addition to all bill rates. Provided client with recommendations to optimize existing equipment and network, in addition to changes in providers and services to further enhance ease of operations and reduction in monthly billing.
Client F Medium sized telecommunications firm - Numerous projects involving operations assessment, system development and integration, process engineering, training, and implementation.
Client G High-end medium sized telecommunications firm – Provided project management, business analysis and system engineering expertise as client migrated legacy order management and billing systems to a new, integrated customer billing system.
Client H Start-up wireless telecommunications firm working in conjunction with Federal government involving initiatives to expand wireless networks to Native American Indian reservation locations - Developed strategic engineering plan to address development of RF system design as an overlay of existing land network operation. Project addressed COE order specification and placement, building design, service order management for transmission and common equipment, etc. RF project addressed requirements for the design and build of a 1900 MHz PCS fixed mobile wireless system to serve approximately 3,000 subscribers throughout a 2.3-million-acre rural lane area.
Client I Small to mid-sized Puerto Rican CLEC – Conducted assessment of current operations then developed a complete end-to-end, point of sale through to service delivery and maintenance, modular Customer Care System designed to address the unique needs of the Client.
